Description
Grapes are handpicked early in the morning and 1 week before other grapes for lower sugar and higher acidity.
Bunches are immediately whole pressed, and the juice fermented in stainless steel.
After 8 months in the tank the wine is racked, filtered, fined and cold stabilized before bottling.
